CERRE Report on audiovisual advertising in L’Echo

  • 3 April 2019

On 3 April 2019, CERRE released a new report on the competition dynamics in the audiovisual advertising market, published as the new Audiovisual Media Services Directive began to be implemented at the national level, with important questions left to member states.

This extensive qualitative investigation was undertaken by CERRE Research Fellow Sally Broughton Micova and Sabine Jacques, both from the University of East Anglia. Sabine Jacques was interviewed by L’Echo (Belgian business newspaper) about their findings and recommendations.

Read the article: “Broadcasters and video sharing platforms don’t have even access to advertising revenues“.

Access the report to find out about their analysis, conclusions and recommendations.
