On April 21st and 22nd, the Stigler Center will hold its 2022 Antitrust and Competition Conference “Antitrust: What’s Next?” to take stock of the ongoing debates, understand the strengths and weaknesses of the different antitrust-reform camps, and discuss the future of competition policy in the United States and abroad.
CERRE Academic Director, Alexandre de Streel will participate in the panel discussion “Antitrust: What has changed in the last 5 years?” which will bring together different views from both sides of the Atlantic to take stock of the ongoing discussions and understand how the antitrust debate changed since 2017. Professor de Streel will be joined by panellists William Kovacic (George Washington University), Barry Lynn (Open Markets Institute), Nancy Rose (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and moderator Henry Curr (The Economist).
