The 2020 CERRE Report ‘Making data portability more effective for the digital economy‘ has been referenced in the December 2021 Paper “Mapping Data Portability Initiatives, Opportunities and Challenges” published by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Written in the run-up to the finalisation of the GDPR, the CERRE report on data portability, authored by professors Jan Krämer (University of Passau), Pierre Senellart (École Normale Supérieure) and Alexandre de Streel, provides recommendations on how to make personal data portability more effective.
