Volcy Lesca has been Senior Regulatory Manager of European regulatory affairs in Orange Group since 2007, notably on subjects linked to network deployment, interconnection, market structures.
She chairs different working groups, for example within GSMA and ETNO associations, working on regulatory and economic matters.
Volcy was previously in charge of content and mobile R&D strategy after 15 years as International Business Development Director in the Pay TV market for an Orange subsidiary.
