Russell (Russ) Roth is the Energy Attaché and Director of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) office at the U.S. Mission to the European Union. Russ is responsible for shaping and advancing U.S. energy, climate, and nuclear security interests.
Russ served as the DOE Attaché at U.S. Embassy London from 2019- 2022 and the DOE Senior Advisor at European Command Headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany from 2016-2019.
