Pascale Fonck

Pascale Fonck is Chief External Relations Officer at Elia, the Belgian TSO. She is also chair of the Market Committee of ENTSO-E.

Pascale has held a number of positions at Elia, mostly focusing on EU market integration projects and regulatory affairs. During the electricity liberalisation process in Belgium, she developed the tariff model for the use of transmission networks.

She holds a PhD in applied mathematics from the University of Liège.
