Before joining CERRE, Olivier held various management positions in companies active in the fields of communications and IT. In addition to his responsibilities at CERRE, Olivier teaches communication and management courses in higher education.

Olivier studied at UCLouvain and KULeuven. He holds a master’s degree in applied economics.
