Nicoletta Montella

After many years of extensive experience in corporate, regulatory, and M&A matters at Telecom Italia S.p.A., since December 2018 she has served as Head of Legal & Compliance at Italo S.p.A., reporting directly to the CEO. In this role, she oversees all corporate, legal, regulatory, and compliance activities of the Company.

She served as Board Member in Telecom Italia S.p.A’s several subsidiaries and until October 2025 in Fondo Italiano di Investimento SGR S.p.A. being also member of the Compensation Committee and 231 Supervisory Board.

She has participated in several seminars and conventions on corporate, Accounting and Balance matters organized by Bocconi and LUISS University and specific courses on telecommunications managed by Scuola Superiore Reiss Romoli.
