Marc Lebourges is Head of European and Economic Regulation in the Regulatory Affairs Department of Orange. He is also the Chair of the Working Group on Competition Policy at ETNO, the Telecommunications Network Operators association which represents incumbent operators in Brussels.
He previously served as a researcher in the field of network optimisation at the French National Telecommunications Study Centre (CNET).
