Lennart Wetzel

Lennart Wetzel is Senior Manager for EU Public Policy at Snap, leading the company’s engagement on EU consumer protection and overseeing public policy across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Before joining Snap in 2021, he spent eight years at Microsoft, where he led AI policy efforts in Germany and helped establish the Microsoft Berlin Policy and Innovation Center. He holds a Master’s degree in International Public Management and Policy from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Georg-August University Göttingen.
