Lavinia Deaconu
Head of Project Delivery and Tendering
As Head of Project Delivery and Tendering, Lavinia Deaconu coordinates the delivery of CERRE’s project portfolio, identifies potential additional funding sources, and coordinates responses to tendering processes.
Lavinia has 20-year experience in programme and project management, as well as in processes implementation. Before joining CERRE, Lavinia was for nearly 15 years a Research Director in a large communications agency.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economic statistics and a master’s degree in quantitative economy.
Lavinia is fluent in Romanian, French, and English.
