Lavinia Deaconu
Senior Project Manager
Lavinia is Senior Project Manager at the Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE) for the Tech, Media and Telecom (TMT) practice. She has 18 years of experience in programme and project management, and processes implementation. With an educational background in statistics and economics, Lavinia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economic Statistics and a Masters’ degree in Quantitative Economy.
Before joining CERRE, Lavinia was a Research Director at Verian Group where she had been working for nearly 15 years on multi-country studies with the purpose of providing evidence-based research to the EU Institutions in view of enhancing EU policies.
Lavinia communicates fluently in Romanian, French and English.
