Frank Miram is a lawyer and a member of the Bar in Berlin. He took up the position of Management Representative for Competition and Regulation of the DB Group in 2011. He has been Head of the Regulatory Affairs Department at Deutsche Bahn AG in Berlin since 2005; prior to that he was Head of the European Affairs Department at Deutsche Bahn.
Between 1994 and 2000 he held several positions within the Bundeskartellamt, the German Competition Authority, in Bonn and Berlin. During this period he was also seconded to the Directorate General for Competition at the European Commission in Brussels.
Frank Miram studied law at Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich.
