François Léveillé is the head of the gas and hydrogen infrastructure department at CRE, the French regulatory authority for energy: François’s team is in charge of regulatory topics (tariffs, third party access, independence…) in relation with transmission networks, storage facilities and LNG terminals. His team also involved in developing the future regulatory framework for H2 and CO2 infrastructures in France. François previously worked for Gas, Hydrogen and Retail department at ACER, the EU Agency for the cooperation of Energy Regulators and held various positions within CRE earlier in his career.
