Dries Cuijpers

Dries Cuijpers is the acting manager for the digital economy at the Consumer Department of the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets. He has 20+ years of enforcement experience in numerous economic sectors. He set up ACM’s Behavioural Team and has worked for the OECD on consumer policy. He is a co-author of ACM’s Guidelines on the Protection of the Online Consumer and also one of the authors of the ACM’s response to the consultation on the Digital Services Act.
