
Christopher Yoo

Professor Yoo is the Chestnut Professor of Law, Communication, and Computer & Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania, where he also heads the Center for Technology, Innovation & Competition.
He is one of the most cited scholars in administrative and regulatory law and intellectual property. Professor Yoo testifies frequently before the US Congress, US regulatory and enforcement agencies, and foreign governments.
He is a graduate of Harvard College, the Anderson School at UCLA, and the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Before entering the academy, Professor Yoo clerked for Justice Anthony M. Kennedy of the Supreme Court of the United States and practiced law at a D.C. law firm under the supervision of now-Chief Justice of the United States John G. Roberts, Jr.
