Chloe Colliver

Chloe Colliver is Head of Industry Developments for Online Safety at Ofcom, the UK’s communications regulator. She leads Ofcom’s work building an evidence base for the upcoming Online Safety regulation. Chloe is a leading expert on disinformation and foreign interference online. She previously led the Institute for Strategic Dialogue’s digital analysis unit, which researches hate speech, terrorism, disinformation and foreign influence around the globe. Chloe has advised governments and tech companies on policies to promote online safety, including contributing to the development of the Global Internet Forum to Counter Terrorism and providing expert testimony to the UK Home Affairs Select Committee, the Swedish, New Zealand, Canadian, French and German governments. She has been featured on CNN, the BBC, Sky News, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Wired and Bloomberg.
