Carlos Zorrinho has been a Member of the European Parliament (S&D) since 2014, where he is currently a member of the Committee on Industry, Research and Energy.
He previously served as the Head of the Portuguese Delegation and as Vice-Chair of the Delegation for External Relations of the European Parliament to Brazil.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a PhD in Information Management from the University of Évora, Portugal.
