Andrea Guerrini is a Commissioner at Arera, the Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment.
Since 2018, he has also been the President of WAREG, the association of European Water Regulators.
His background is in the water service industry and he has published several pieces in international scientific papers. In 2014, he co-founded the Water Management and Technology Research Centre.
He holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from the University of Pisa, Italy.
