CERRE Academic Co-Director, Prof. Marc Bourreau, will take part in a debate organised by France Stratégie, as part of the series “Le Très Haut Débit en Europe: état des lieux et orientations“.

This series of debates aims to discuss the deployment of very high capacity networks, taking into account different points of view from public and private actors.

Prof. Bourreau will participate to the fourth panel discussion, tackling the issues of “Private and public investments, state aid regimes in Europe”, together with Harald Gruber, head of the Digital Economy division at the Projects Directorate of the European Investment Bank.

Marc Bourreau is a Academic Co-Director at CERRE and Professor of Economics at Télécom Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris). He is affiliated with the interdisciplinary institute for innovation (i3) for his research.

His research focuses on competition policy and regulation, digital markets, and telecommunications.

Marc holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas.

Marc Bourreau is a Academic Co-Director at CERRE and Professor of Economics at Télécom Paris (Institut Polytechnique de Paris). He is affiliated with the interdisciplinary institute for innovation (i3) for his research.
