Andrea has a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Ecuador and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the Université Catholique de Louvain obtained in 2020.
Andrea gained previous experience in the public sector before working at CERRE. For 4 years, she worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ecuador, where she was in charge of the bilateral relations agenda with Israel, Palestine and Turkey. She later supported the Ecuadorian Mission to the European Union in Brussels with administrative and logistic tasks.
Her native language is Spanish and she speaks English, French and Turkish.
Andrea will be supporting CERRE’s Energy & Sustainability, Mobility and Tech, Media & Telecoms practices.
